I'm a professional, certified Makeup Artist specializing in Bridal, Editorial and Celebrity make up.  At CeCe's Beauty Ba, I offer a wide variety of services including makeup application for weddings, special events, photoshoots, and more. My goal is to help each of my clients look and feel beautiful with a look that is uniquely theirs.
