During the pandemic no extra guess. Our goal is to give our clients the best service in a professional and warm relaxing atmosphere. No Kids in salon chairs unless service is being rendered. Kids that are being serviced are more than welcomed. No service will be rendered to guest with child in lap. Sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on extensions and wigs that have been cut, colored, or used in any way. Please read over our policies page carefully.
We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary fixes within 2 days of the service completion pending management approval. Unused/unopened retail products/tools may be refunded within 7 days of purchase , and/or exchanged /salon credit for up to 14 days. Pending management approval.
